"Samichlaus" beer is brewed once a year, in each case on December 6th, and stored and matured afterwards for over 10 months before it is bottled. They say to drink it with hearty meals, desserts and particularly chocolates. It truly does have a picture of a Santa type guy on the label and 14% alcohol if you can imagine. (Lianne)
